In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our clients.
Successful applicants will be responsible for the development and execution of tailored marketing campaigns throughout the greater Akron area.
The ideal candidate is friendly, ambitious, trainable and shows a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities Oversee assigned client and account relationships Process orders with high level of accuracy Ensure compliance with plan provisions, resolve service issues Escalate any service issues or complaints Document all customer interactions Meet personal and team quotas Attend training to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge Maintain a positive representation of the company and associated brands at all times Qualifications Work in a team environment Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred Comfortable using computers and customer management software Excellent verbal and communication skills Understanding of active listening techniques Ability to work well under pressure Highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
