Join a locally owned HVAC and Plumbing business who is looking for a reliable individual with a sense of integrity to join our team in our professional call center.
Experience with Service Titan program preferred.
Overview The CSR position is a full-time position that will help support the day-to-day operations of the company, working closely with management and the call center.
Responsibilities and Duties These tasks include but are not limited to the following:
Administer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Daily scheduling our HVAC and Plumbing technicians.
Follow-up with Service Technician or Installer to ensure all administrative documents are submitted and finalized in Service Titan.
Follow-up with clients and staff to ensure services are completed and issues resolved.
Perform a variety of office/clerical duties as necessary Schedule and coordinate multiple activities.
Accurately enter information into multiple computer systems.
