Requirements for the Takeout Specialist Position:
Must be at least 16 years of age.
Ability to work & learn in a fast-paced environment.
As a Takeout Specialist, your job is to:
Understand our food & beverage menus, specials, and promos and be able to make recommendations or suggestions based on your knowledge.
Ensure our guests have a great experience by providing exceptional service.
Make each guest feel appreciated through accommodating actions.
Work as a team with all O'Charley's team members.
Maintain general appearance of To-Go area through cleaning and stocking.
Immediately greet guests & ensure prompt and efficient food and beverage delivery.
Have a thorough knowledge of To-Go accounting procedures.
Have a thorough knowledge of To-Go packaging; use this knowledge to prepare and package quality products for our guests.
Performs other related duties as assigned by a Manager.
