Falls Stamping & Welding is a leading supplier of carbon, stainless, galvanized and aluminum stamped and fabricated parts and assemblies.
This role is responsible for the quality of all incoming and outgoing products as well as floor auditing and inspections.

Responsibilities:
Reads blueprints and understands GD&T.
Uses standard and metric measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, etc.
) Performs receiving inspection occasionally.
Assists in final inspections when required.
Performs inspection at machines per part specific inspection criteria.
Works with Quality Management on projects requiring inspection functions.
Assists with inspections of prototypes and new parts when required.
Assists production in verifying the operator is performing all inspections requirements on the inspection card are being followed.
Follow the requirements of WI-905 (Rejection Procedure) for non-conforming product.
Assist in layout inspection, if required.
Performs all other duties assigned.
Qualification:
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) Ability to read, analyze, and interpret standard and metric measuring equipment Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Have excellent judgment and decision-making ability Job Type:
